1. Donation Policy

Bharath Mithran – Socio Economic Development Trust (the "Trust") follows a policy of no-refunds for all voluntary donations made through our website or other payment channels. Donations once made are utilized immediately for social causes, medical camps, and welfare programs as per our mission.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare cases, we may consider a refund request if:

• An error was made by the Trust or our technical systems during the payment process.
• The donor can prove that a donation was made without their authorization (e.g., fraudulent card use).
• The donation was made in duplicate due to a technical glitch on the website.

All such refund requests must be made within 15 working days from the date of the transaction.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring monthly donation and wish to cancel it, you can do so at any time. Simply contact us at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment date. Previous months' donations are non-refundable.

4. Processing Guidelines

Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of the Trust and may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account. To request a refund, please email us with your Transaction ID, Date, and Amount at bharathmithrantrust@gmail.com
